Christina has years of experience with local repair and service companies, so she's also a great person to ask for recommendations. Most of all, I appreciated Christina's calm demeanor. Normally, I wouldn't appreciate someone withholding information from me, but Christina would solve problems before freaking us out. Nothing's better than hearing "This was a problem. Don't worry. I solved it." I loved that. Buying, selling, moving, and remodeling, all at the same time with demanding jobs is extremely stressful. Christina made the whole process exceptionally easy or at least as easy as it can be.
Christina is a genuine, amazing human being and Realtor® who I am so grateful I chose to ferry me on my first homebuying journey! She expertly handled me, my anxiety, and the contract writing process (from her vacation to boot), and kept me and the seller informed throughout the entire process. To say Christina Ray is amazing is an understatement! I wish I had better words for her because amazing doesn’t seem honored enough! She went out of her way to help us close on our home today, and I am truly grateful. She goes out of her way and stops anything she is doing to answer numerous emails and phone calls I sent, she celebrated all the accomplishments we had along the way and was absolutely beautiful to my kids in the process.
